2. About DESTINI

DESTINI is a private, invitation-only social club and lifestyle community. We curate membership and events at our sole discretion. Access to the website does not confer any right to membership, and an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Eligibility and application

You must be at least 21 years old to apply for membership. You agree that all information you provide in your application is accurate, complete and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal from the community.

5. Events and experiences

Event details, venues, dates and lineups are subject to change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of changes. DESTINI is not liable for any costs incurred by you in connection with an event, including travel or accommodation.

Attendance at events is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own behaviour and any personal belongings.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design and branding, is owned by or licensed to DESTINI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User content

If you submit content to us (for example, application answers or photos), you grant DESTINI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purposes of reviewing your application, operating the community and promoting DESTINI. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESTINI and its organisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, application or membership, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
